MSP — Soil Pollution Source Modeling

Soil pollution source diagnostics. Compliant with the Order of 12/12/2014 and Decree No. 2023-1408 (reuse of excavated soil). Generates a technical diagnostic report.

Features

From boreholes to the technical diagnostic report

Borehole and analysis data entry

Reference points, coordinates, sampling depths, lithology and analytical results by substance. Unlimited entries, organized by study site.

Source delineation

Identification and delineation of soil pollution sources: footprint, impacted depths, estimation of the volumes of soil involved.

Comparison to reference values

Comparison of measured concentrations against pedogeochemical background levels and disposal-route acceptability thresholds, substance by substance.

Regulatory compliance

Compliant with the Order of 12 December 2014 on the admission conditions for inert waste and Decree No. 2023-1408 governing the reuse of excavated soil.

Multi-source summary

Summary table of all sources identified on the same site, with volumes, substances and disposal route guidance.

Technical report & export

Generation of the technical diagnostic report in PDF. JSON export / import for archiving, sharing between workstations or transfer to 3D_SSP.

Method

Regulatory framework for the diagnostic

MSP structures the soil pollution source diagnostic: entry of boreholes and analytical results, delineation of impacted footprints, estimation of volumes and guidance of excavated soil toward the appropriate disposal route.

Order of 12 December 2014

Admission conditions for inert waste at storage facilities. Measured concentrations are compared against the acceptability thresholds of this order for each substance entered.

Decree No. 2023-1408

Governs the reuse of excavated soil: the tool documents the elements needed to justify end-of-waste status and to ensure traceability of volumes.

Deliverable

A technical diagnostic report covering the boreholes, delineated sources, estimated volumes and regulatory conclusions.

The software does not replace the engineer's expertise, nor any requests from the DREAL, the classified installations inspectorate, the project owner or the inspection body.

Deliverables

From borehole data to a usable file

Technical diagnostic report

Boreholes, analyses, delineated sources, estimated volumes, comparison against regulatory thresholds and conclusions.

JSON export / import

All data for a site — for archiving, sharing between workstations or direct transfer to the 3D_SSP module.

Volume summary

Summary table of impacted soil volumes by source and by substance, the basis of the Management Plan.
