All content on this website (text, images, logos, SaaS software 3D_SSP, GEP Modelling — DLE & Water Act, Porchet Test Modelling, ANC Sizing, EQRS V9 + ECOTOX V9 + HUMAIN Module, EQRS Johnson & Ettinger, Soil → Groundwater → Well Transfer, Groundwater drawdown, source code, diagrams, illustrations) is the exclusive property of SARL G.M.E.P, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, transmission or use, even partial, without the prior written authorisation of SARL G.M.E.P is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

4. Personal data (GDPR)

Personal data collected via the forms (registration, contact, payment) is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French "Informatique et Libertés" Act of 6 January 1978.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to its processing. You may exercise these rights at any time by writing to gmep.france@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Retention period

Trial account data is retained for the duration of the trial (14 days) and then deleted unless a subscription is taken out. Subscriber data is retained for the entire duration of the contract and then archived for 10 years to comply with accounting and tax obligations.

5. Cookies

This website only sets technical cookies necessary for its operation (session, authentication, Stripe payment). No audience-measurement or advertising cookies are used without your explicit consent. You may configure your browser to block cookies at any time.

6. Secure payment

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (PCI-DSS Level 1). No banking data (card number, CVV) passes through or is stored by SARL G.M.E.P.

7. Limitation of liability

GMEP software provides calculations based on recognised scientific models (EPA 2004, Domenico 1987, Theis, Dupuit-Thiem). It constitutes a decision-support aid for consulting firms and hydrogeologists — the user remains responsible for the interpretation, validation and use of the results produced in their regulatory deliverables.

8. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Tribunal judiciaire de Niort, subject to any mandatory public-policy provisions to the contrary.
