Billing questions

How is VAT calculated?
  • Metropolitan France: VAT 20% (art. 278 of the French Tax Code).
  • French overseas territories: VAT not applicable (art. 294 of the French Tax Code).
  • EU excluding France: reverse charge by the customer (art. 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC) — intra-Community VAT number required.
  • Outside the EU: outside the scope of French VAT (art. 259-1 of the French Tax Code).
Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time, the annual one at the end of the period. No automatic renewal without prior agreement.

Is an invoice provided?

Yes. You receive a compliant invoice by email after each payment, downloadable from your subscriber account.
