Information notice — Free trial duration

We identified an inconsistency between our commercial documentation (technical note, price list) and the display of certain tools within the app.gmep-france.eu application: the free trial duration appeared as "8 days" for several software products, whereas the duration actually planned and communicated is 14 calendar days.

This inconsistency has been corrected. We confirm the following:

• The free trial duration, with no commitment and no credit card required, is now uniformly set at 14 calendar days for all software products in the GMEP suite (3D_SSP, GEP Modelling — DLE & Water Act, Porchet Test Modelling, ANC Sizing, EQRS V9 + ECOTOX V9 + HUMAIN Module, EQRS Johnson & Ettinger, Soil → Groundwater → Well Transfer, Groundwater drawdown, MSP, Conceptual Site Model and GMEP Piezometers).
• Accounts already created also benefit from this 14-day duration for the remaining portion of their trial.
• No action is required on your part: the correction applies automatically, with nothing for you to do.
• The commercial documents (technical note and price list for the SSP and Hydrogeology & Sanitation packs) that mention 14 days therefore remain valid and do not need to be amended.

Our General Terms and Conditions of Sale (Terms of Sale) have been updated accordingly to reflect this single 14-day duration across all software.
