EQRS Johnson & Ettinger (V7)
Vapor intrusion into buildings. 74 substances (VOC, PAH, metals). Compliant with EPA 2004 / ANSES 2018.
Our SaaS software is organized into two business areas: Contaminated Land (SSP) and Hydrogeology. Independent calculation engines, compliant with French regulatory frameworks, EFSA 2020 and EPA. No installation — everything runs in the browser.
Geographic scope of the data used
Risk assessment (EQRS, ECOTOX, Johnson & Ettinger): these software tools rely on internationally recognized reference toxicological and physicochemical values (US EPA, ANSES, EFSA, INERIS, ECHA). They can be used for studies carried out in any country.
Hydrogeology (Groundwater Drawdown, Soil → Groundwater → Well Transfer, GEP/DLE Modeling, ANC Sizing): these software tools automatically retrieve geological and piezometric data from French national databases (BRGM, Hub'Eau). This automation is currently operational for France. For a study carried out in another country, the required hydrogeological parameters must be entered manually by the user, pending the progressive automation of databases by country.
Human health and ecotoxicological risk assessment, pollutant transfer, conceptual site model, 3D modeling and soil pollution source diagnosis.
Vapor intrusion into buildings. 74 substances (VOC, PAH, metals). Compliant with EPA 2004 / ANSES 2018.
HHRA Johnson & Ettinger — 104 substances. Tier 1 & 2 ecotoxicological assessment — 7 sentinel receptors, 5 vertebrate predators. Monte Carlo, 70-year simulation.
First French software to integrate the human dietary pathway (food chain). PFAS, PCB, metals — vegetables, eggs, milk, meat, fish. EFSA 2020 TRVs.
Modeling of pollutant transfer from soil to groundwater. Domenico 1987 model, connection to the Hub'eau API, 24 pollutants.
Domenico 1987 model. 24 pollutants (BTEX, PAH, PFAS, metals). Cc(x) attenuation curve, DAF, hydraulic gradient.
Construction of the source / pathway / receptor conceptual site model. Supports IEM and Management Plan approaches.
Interactive 3D modeling: overlay of the soil pollution source, the groundwater pollution plume and the site's structures. Automatic import from GMEP's TSN & MSP.
Diagnosis of soil pollution sources. Compliant with the Arrêté of 12/12/2014 and Decree No. 2023-1408 (reuse of excavated soil). Generates a technical diagnosis report.
Soil permeability, sizing of stormwater management structures, Water Law filings, groundwater drawdown and piezometric monitoring.
Field data entry, automated calculation of the permeability coefficient K (hemispherical formula) and direct comparison with the sizing values of the GEP module.
Hydraulic sizing, automatic IOTA classification (R.214-1 CE) and Water Law (DLE) + GEP filings. Environmental legacy SIS / BASOL / BASIAS.
Theis + Dupuit-Thiem. Automatic IOTA classification (R.214-1). OpenStreetMap map + 27-page DDT filing.
Multilayer groundwater drawdown modeling with AI assistant. Theis, Dupuit-Thiem, IOTA classification — Water Law.
Tracking and managing networks of monitoring piezometers (groundwater level readings, history, export, alerts). GMEP v2.9c version.
Individual & collective sanitation: import of Porchet tests, multilayer soil, triple BRGM cross-check, groundwater vulnerability and DTU 64.1 calculation engine.
