The engine follows exactly the logic of the GMEP v15.60 spreadsheet: Theis well function W(u) as a Taylor series (transient regime), Dupuit-Thiem formula (steady-state regime), hydraulic efficiency corrections η = 0.70 and f_K = 0.95. IOTA classifications follow Article R.214-1 of the French Environmental Code.
